Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tall Pines Manufacturing. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Tall Pines Manufacturing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Tall Pines Manufacturing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Pre-order Items
For pre-order items, please note that these are custom-manufactured products. The lead time for manufacturing pre-order items can take up to six weeks. Once manufacturing is complete, your order will be shipped immediately. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Pre-orders will be available for a set period of time or until the pre-order goal is met.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping is free within Canada and the continental USA. If faster shipping is required, it will be at the buyer's expense. Shipping charges for expedited shipping and for orders outside of Canada and the USA will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
International Shipping Policy
We ship outside of Canada and the USA at the buyer's expense.
